When it comes to pebble tile installation you'd better want to watch a quick demo first and see for yourself how easy this do-it-yourself installation process is. By the end of this quick 2.5 minutes demonstrational video (As seen on HGtv - HOME & GARDEN TELEVISION) you'll be able to understand how to install these unique tiles by yourself.

Anyway, we've summarized the installation process in this page.

Required Materials:

Grout

Grout Float

Paint Brush

Scissors

Sealer

Sponge/s

Thinset Mortar
Trowel

Quick Installation:

Step-1

Take a paint brush and brush the sealer over the tiles before tiling.

Step-2

Take a trowel and apply the thinset equally over the designated surface.

Step-3

Mount the tiles while interlocking each one on all sides.

Step-4

If you find that a pebble tile installation cannot fit a space over the coated surface, simply use scissors in order to cut the mesh itself so the tile can eventual fit the desired area. If you want, you can simply manually remove pebble stones out of the mesh if you whish to fill some empty spaces.

Step-5

Wait for minimum 24hrs so the thinset can dry before grouting.

Step-6

Once thinset is dry, carefully take the grout float and apply the grout between the spaces around the pebble stones.

Step-7

Now wait for 20 min. and then, carefully use a wet sponge to clean the excess grout of the coated surface until desired pebbles exposure is achieved.

Step-8

In the last step all you need is to wait another 24hrs for the grout to dry completely, then apply a coat of sealer over the grout and pebble stones.
